Diamond Factory Service is a locally owned business that provides appliance repairs to Brookfield and surrounding areas, such as Milwaukee, Port Washington, Racine and Oconomowoc. We provide in-home appliance repairs on all major home appliances including refrigerators, freezers, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers – you name it!

We support the following brands, both in and out of warranty:  Maytag, Whirlpool, JennAir, Amana, KitchenAid, Maytag, Ikea and Estate.  We also service several other brands out of manufacturer’s warranty such as GE, Frigidaire and Bosch.

Our team has grown up where we operate, growing our families in Southeastern Wisconsin. We’ve spent the day at the zoo, tailgated at a Brewer’s game, and gone to too many music festivals to count. We love it here, so we choose to provide the best service here.

In order to provide the best possible service for you, we are strategically partnered with many area retailers. These partnerships with Home Depot, Lowes and Furniture & Appliance Mart (to name a few) allow us to provide a number of solutions for your appliance problems. DFS North is also a strategic partner of Whirlpool and their family of brands. This allows our team to attend specialized training sessions throughout the year to enable us to provide solutions that no other service provider in the state of Wisconsin can. Because of this, DFS North is the largest provider of Whirlpool family branded appliances in Wisconsin.

Diamond is led by three individuals with over 75 years collective experience in the appliance repair field, including managing customer service, improving processes for customers and building top notch solutions for you. Diamond is locally owned, but is connected to a larger regional business serving several Midwest states, so we have a larger supply chain to reach out to when needed.
