Having problems with your Bosch appliances? Here is what to do:
Before getting started, please have your model and serial number handy.
Most model numbers are located on a tag around the opening where your appliance door closes, but not on the actual door itself. If the tag is in a spot where you can’t quite read it, consider taking a picture with your phone.
To set up an appointment you must first determine who is paying for the repair costs. The Manufacturer, an Extended Warranty Company or You. Select the column based upon your warranty status to call or book on line.

Locating Your Model Serial Tag
To locate your model and serial number tag look around the opening where your appliance door closes, but not on the actual door itself. If the tag is in a spot where you can’t quite read it, consider taking a picture with your phone.
Scheduling Your Out of Warranty Appointment (OOW)
The booking process takes about 2 minutes. A note regarding OOW Repair Costs. Diamond will come to your home and inspect your appliance to determine what is wrong for a fee of $109.95. This fee includes the trip and diagnosis time needed to provide you with an estimated cost of repair. Any additional labor or parts charge will be reviewed with you prior to our technician doing any further work. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, the $109.95 trip and diagnosis fee is due at this time. This happens if a part is not available (uncommon), or if the parts and labor needed are too costly to proceed with the repair. If you decide you’d rather replace your appliance, your technician will provide you with a $50 discount coupon to be used at a dealer. Click for details.
